Rates

Trio Apollo strives to keep their rates reasonable and affordable while providing fair compensation for the musicians' level of experience and expertise.  The cost for our services is determined by the type and length of performance.  Performances which involve travel away from Bismarck, special acquisition or arrangements of music, or extraordinary requests will incur an additional charge.

Weddings - $325

Trio Apollo provides music for all aspects of a wedding ceremony: prelude, processional, ceremony, recessional, and postlude.  The selection of music should complement the mood of the wedding, and selections are chosen in consultation with the officiant.  Trio Apollo is also happy to work in conjunction with other musicians, for example a singer, pianist, guitarist, or organist.

Receptions and Private Parties - $150/hour (one hour minimum)

Trio Apollo performs for all types of gatherings: wedding receptions, retirement parties, banquets, conferences, meetings, corporate parties, holiday events, and religious services.  The music chosen will complement the mood of the event, and will consist of a variety of light Classics, Irish tunes, rags, fiddle music, showtunes, and songs.

Formal Concert - $500

Trio Apollo is also available for formal concerts.  This is an ideal option for presenters, concert series, etc.  The total length of the concert is approximately 75 minutes, and includes both the performance and an in-concert discussion about the music.  Audience members may also meet with the musicians following the performance.
